Swimmers Ear

Prevention: If your child doesn’t have a hole in their eardrum (from tubes or injury), after swimming place 5ml or one teaspoon of an equal parts mixture of white vinegar and rubbing alcohol and let it drain back out. Do not use any Q-tips or other foreign body in the ear due to risk of irritating or injuring the canal.
